For over 27 years, we've helped schools, cities, and communities invest in athletic facilities that serve generations — not just seasons.
"We didn't set out to become the biggest. We set out to do it right — every time, on every track."
Track Doctor started the way most good things do — with someone who cared too much to cut corners. In 1998, working out of a single truck in the Treasure Valley, our founder saw the same problem everywhere: schools and communities pouring money into track surfaces that failed within a few years because nobody took the time to do it right.
That became the mission. Not just building tracks, but building trust. Understanding that a school district's facilities budget isn't abstract — it's the culmination of bond measures, community votes, and the hope that student-athletes will have something to be proud of.
Over the decades, that single truck grew into a full operation serving clients across the country. The jobs got bigger. The crew grew. But the philosophy never changed: assess honestly, recommend fairly, build with precision, and stand behind the work long after the last lane is painted.
Today, Track Doctor has completed more than 500 projects nationwide — from small rural school district resurfaces to large collegiate new builds. And every one starts the same way it always has: with a handshake, an honest conversation, and a commitment to getting it right.
Too many contractors push full replacements when a targeted resurface would perform just as well for half the cost. We've saved districts hundreds of thousands of dollars by being honest about what their surface actually needs.
Our tiered system approach — Latex, Hybrid, and Full Polyurethane — means we match the right solution to your usage patterns, climate, and budget. Not every track needs the premium option. But every track deserves the right one.
Every installer on a Track Doctor job site is part of our team. We don't subcontract the work that matters. That means consistent quality, direct accountability, and a crew that takes personal pride in every lane they lay down.
When you call with a question three years after installation, you're talking to the same people who built it. That kind of continuity isn't a selling point — it's how we've always done business.
We’ve built our reputation one track at a time — and we plan to keep it that way.
We're not a faceless national corporation. We're a crew of specialists — project managers, surface technicians, striping experts, and field consultants — who've worked together for years and know each other's standards.
Most of our team came up through the trades. They understand what it takes to deliver a surface that performs under pressure, because they've been on the ground doing the work since day one. That shared experience shows in the finished product.
When we show up to your site, you'll know our names. And when we leave, you'll have our numbers. That's the relationship we're building — not just the track.
Six principles that shape every recommendation, every installation, and every relationship.
We tell you what your track needs — not what makes us the most money. Free site evaluations with no obligation, no pressure.
Millimeter-level accuracy in grading, drainage, and surface application. The details you can't see are the ones that matter most.
Public funding is a trust. We design systems that maximize lifespan per dollar, and we'll never recommend more than you need.
The relationship doesn't end at ribbon-cutting. Maintenance plans, check-ins, and warranty support are standard — not upsells.
A track is more than a surface. It's where records get broken, teams get built, and communities gather. We take that seriously.
Our crew, our materials, our warranty. We don't pass blame because we don't pass off the work. Full ownership, start to finish.
The best investment starts with a clear plan. Let’s build something your community will be proud of.
